We currently buy and sell homes in the State of Oklahoma.
If you want to buy a home in another state, please fill out our questionnaire anyway, because occasionally we buy homes outside of Oklahoma.
In recognition of the current economic conditions, we have decided to offer more of our homes through owner-finance options. We understand how hard it is to get a bank loan right now, but we want to sell homes, so we are being proactive about how we sell our homes.
We want to make your next home purchase as simple and easy as we can make it. And if that requires us to provide owner financing or a Lease With Option To Buy agreement, we will be happy to do that for you.
If at some point in the future you can get a bank loan to buy the home outright, we are more than happy to transfer the home ownership directly to you as required by your mortgage holder.
