In the matter of full disclosure: we are not real estate agents selling a home owned by another, and we are not bankers or loan brokers, who get paid to find you a loan.

We buy and sell homes in the State of Oklahoma. Sometimes we buy and sell houses outside of Oklahoma, but most of the homes we buy are located in north and central Oklahoma.
Our goal is pretty straight forward. We want to buy homes and help families experience the joy of home ownership.
On this website, we ask you to fill out our form to tell us what kind of home you are looking to buy and how much you are willing to pay for that home. As we acquire homes or finish remodeling a home that might meet your needs, we will contact you to give you the option of buying that home.
We sell our homes FSBO or For Sale By Owner.
Owner Financing Sometimes Available
Because we own the homes we sell, we have a lot of options available to us to help people buy a home. If you want to get a loan to buy the home we are selling, you can do that. In a lot of cases, we can only sell a home for cash. But in other cases, we might be able to offer owner financing.
But what if you have damaged credit? What if you are self-employed or you have not been on your job for very long?
Your bank may turn you away for not meeting their loan standards, but we are not limited by such banking guidelines.
If we want to provide owner financing on the home we are selling, it is our option to do that, and we might do it for you, regardless of your economic issues.
While not the case for all of our homes, we do have the ability to carry the financing on some of the homes we sell. And if we are offering to carry the financing on a home for you, all we ask is that you let us decide if we can offer owner financing to you or not.
Our point in saying this is that many people, who thought that they could not get a home, were able to get a home through us. So let us make the decision as to whether you can qualify for our owner financing plans or not.
